Swimming

Throughout the summer, the McGuffey Park pool provides plenty of room for recreational swimming.  Our pool area also includes a smaller pool for the tots, tables & chairs, & lounge chairs. There is plenty of shade provided by our canopy system to keep you cool even on the hottest day.  It is the perfect place for family events including birthday parties and other fun occasions.

The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes the Tuesday following Labor Day.
During this time the pool is open 10am – 10pm.

1. Pool Hours are 10am – 10pm  (Adults Only starting at 9am)
2. The Pool is Open 7 days a week during the pool session
3. All persons using the pool swim at their own risk
4. Everyone under the age of 14 must be supervised by a person in attendance at the pool at least 18 years old
5. Abusive or Profane language, Rough Play, and Running are strictly prohibited
6. No pets are allowed inside or around the pool area
7. No skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, etc. are allowed inside the pool fence
8. Proper swimming attire must be worn. Cutoff, thongs, and nudity are specifically prohibited
9. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited inside and around the pool area
10. No glass bottles. Place trash in appropriate receptacles provided around the pool area
11. Children in the kiddie pool must be toilet trained or wear swim diapers
12. The pool gate must be locked at all times. Users must use their key card for entry
13. Pool parties may be scheduled on the sign-up sheet
14. All homeowners are responsible for enforcing these rules. Violations should be reported to one of the association directors

The pool area can be reserved for parties.  Sign up can be requested here.

The pool area is fenced & protected by a security system.  The three cameras provide full coverage of the pool and its surrounding areas.  Any vandalism or other misconduct will be recorded and stored in the system.  If there is any destruction of property or damage to the pool the tape will be turned over to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.

Each homeowner is provided with 1 access card to the pool area. Replacement access cards are available for a $25 charge and can be ordered online through PayPal.
